FIRST STROKE TOTS

First Stroke Tots Swim Program is for parent and child to learn basic water skills. Parents will learn how to safely work with your child in the water, including how to appropriately support and hold your child in the water and how to prepare and encourage your child to participate fully and try the skills. In addition, you are introduced to water safety topics. Your child receives an introduction to basic skills that lay a foundation for learning to swim.

FIRST STROKE PRESCHOOL 

First Stroke Preschool Swim Program, young children will be introduced to swimming and water safety skills that are developmentally appropriate for young children. They will start to develop water competency and further skill development. Each lesson is loaded with fun, engaging and challenging activities that motivate children to want to perform and learn to swim. FIRST STROKE ADULT SWIM

First Stroke Adult Swim program teaches adults same skill progression taught to younger students, but with language and exercises tailored to adults. Whether you want to practice the basics, perfect your stroke, gain endurance, or learn the foundations of water safety, we have a fun and informative program designed to suit your needs.
